Student Facilities
To update the knowledge of our scholars with the changing trends in the field of education worldwide our school Library plays a vital role. It has a rich collection of useful books on various subjects. There are many Reference & Guide Book for H.S Examination and specially for Joint Entrance Exam. Students may borrow books other than text against their lending cards and retain them for a specific period of time. The library is regulated sincerely by a well-trained librarian.
LABORATORY
Modern education is basically practical based and Laboratory is actually the house of invention through experiments. It inspires and attracts the learners to build up a vibrant future. The school maintains well-equipped and enriched laboratories on Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography and Agronomy. Special importance is laid on regular practical work of the students under the sincere guidance of experienced faculty.
To acquire a basic idea in computer, special classes on computer are held for the students of classes VIII - XII only. Only 15 computer are available now. Of late the school enjoys internet facility.
AUDITORIUM: The school is soon going to enjoy the facility of a well furnished Auditorium.
HOSTEL
Infact Student life is the seed time of life but hostel life is the best part of life. We have ADWAITA CHHATRABAS. It is a beautiful citadel of life. It rears its learners like a cub of a lion. The hostel plays an important role in the all-round development of a student. Major seats are reserved mainly for the H.S students. Students securing 80% makes or above are provided with hostel accommodation. The allotment of seats and rooms is made according to the discretion of the Superintendents. The transfer of a student from one room/hostel to another will definitely require the attention & permission of the H.M. At present there are about three hundred students in our hostel. To improve its health more financial assistance is urgently needed.
LADIES' HOSTEL
There is a poor ladies' hostel in our school. Of late the School Education Dept. Bikash Bhavan, W.B has released fund for the construction of a well-equipped ladies hostel with all sorts of modern facilities. Credit will go to our excellent scholar Mr. Indrajit Sau(science) for whose 6th rank in W.B. in H.S Examination in the year-2013 ,the hostel is going to take shape.
CANTEEN: We have a cheap canteen inside our school campus. It functions for the students and staff of the school specially for hostellers.
