Special Activities
The school tries to bring out the his hidden talent of the children. The Creative Talent Magazine "ARANI" published in school provides an opportunity for the students to find an outlet for their creativity through stories, articles poems and drawings. Games and Sports are an integral part of our education that helps the students to keep physically fit. Our playground provides rich facilities for Games and Sports like athletics, football, cricket volleyball etc. The annual sports Day is held every year in winter with a spirit of sportsmanship.
In addition to academic education cultural activities like quiz, debate, drawing, dramas, songs, dances, recitations form an important aspect of student-training in the school. This blend of academic & non-academic activities helps in the harmonious development of head, hand and heart.
Educational excursions to historical place, monuments and sites of Geographical interest are periodically arranged to relieve the students from the monotony of academic pursuits.
SPECIAL FEATURES
For the healthy and harmonious development of the child's personality it is very essential for the teachers to work in close co-operation with the parents. Any problem major or minor can be sorted out by a subjective view and a professional objective. For this sake parents-teachers' meetings are held regularly and specially for sent-up students. This way the school can monitor the child's progress. Besides there meeting, the parents can meet the H.M. regarding the problems of his/her ward in any convenient time. Friendly relation between the students and the teachers is always maintained Special facility is allowed to the poor but meritorious students. Concession is granted to really deserving students.
CO-OPERATIVE
There is a Govt. recognized Employees' Credit Co-operative Society in favour of the staff of this Institution in the name of Changrachak Jagadish Smriti Vidyapith Employees' Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. Reg.No. 39(10.4.65). Since 1965 based on co- operative motive it stands for the bonafide member as well as for the students. From Poor Fund Scheme the limited no of deserving poor but meritorious students are getting benefit regularly. We have a Spl. Medical Unit financially supported by this society. There is also a Special Fund for the distressed people of the society affected by some natural calamities or incidents. All sorts of work and transaction are neatly maintained with sincere & regular observation made by the elected Board of Directors following the present co-operative Rules.
It is also to be noted that STUDENTS' CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY has recently been setup for the students of this Institution.
